After Hours Dial By Name with Agent On Call


Problem: an out-of-town prospect from California dails your main office number ten minutes after close?

Solution: our "After Hours Dial By Name / Agent on Call" service will allow that prospect to be directly connected to a specific agent's cell phone through Dial by Name or be directly connected to the agent on call's cell phone. An example of what that prospect may hear:

"Welcome to Blue Star Realty! To speak to a particular associate press the # key for our Dial by Name. To speak to the agent on call press 1. To leave a message that will be answered on the next business day, press 2. If you are an agent wanting to show one of our listings, press 3 to be connected to CSS. We are conveniently located at the NW corner of I-27 and Salem Road. Our office hours are 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Saturday and 12 - 5:30 on Sunday. Our office fax number is 972-772-6127. You may visit us on the web at www.bluestarrealty.com."

Dial by name service allows callers and prospective clients to contact your agents on their cell phones any time your office is closed! You forward your office number to the service and the caller has the ability to leave messages for the office or dial an agents name and be connected directly to their existing cell phone. The agent receives the caller ID directly to their cell phone — if they don't answer — the message is left in their cell phone voice mail. A 24 hour receptionist! The agent can upgrade their service from direct connect to their cell phone to our OneNumber service with full features at any time! If your office uses Agent on Call, you can change who is on call for new prospects at any time via the Internet. All calls with caller ID are available to the Office Manager on "My Account" at www.vri.com.

Office "All Call"


The all new "Office All Call" allows Managers to notify up to 225 agents in minutes! The Manager sends a broadcast message to their agent list and we do the rest - "All Call" sends the message per the individual agents desired method. Includes multiple delivery methods:

  1. Sends an "E-Voice" to their Smart phone or iPad.
  2. Sends an "E-Voice" to their office computer.
  3. Sends a text message to their cell phone.
  4. Dials their cell phone and delivers the message.

Each agent has their own Voice Retrieval number that also allows them to send or receive messages from other agents (5 message capacity - 24 hour retention) for only $4.95/mo or $14.85/quarterly. Existing Voice Retrieval Mailbox customers - no charge. Requires a Manager "All Call" Voice Retrieval mailbox available for $19.95/mo. Office Managers can view all members in their "All Call" list via the Web and sort by name or Voice Retrieval number.
