voice/fax and e-mail service with Voice
Retrieval's Real Estate Network. It is the fastest
and most efficient way to communicate routine
business information with others in their own
industry. Agents from one company can communicate
with agents from another through their own voice/fax
mail message centers, using simple keystrokes
such as “M” to “Make a message
to another user”, and “A” to “answer
a message from another user” in their voice
mail. Essential for feedback on showings, contract
negotiations, price changes, mortgage rate changes,
and moving contracts through the fax mail portion
of the network. With the included fax service,
voice mail numbers are fax numbers as well, taking
faxes 24 hours a day. The confidential fax can
then be sent to any fax machine or viewed online.
Several new message notification options allow
immediate notification of a new voice message
or fax. Each Real Estate Network subscribers’ name
and voice fax number is listed in the Real Estate
Directory, available online or in published form.
The Real Estate Network includes a system wide
Dial-By-Name feature for locating another user’s
message center number simply by typing their
name into the system from any touch tone phone.
The
Real Estate Network also provides subscribers with
a business e-mail account. This feature provides
the Real Estate Professional business quality e-mail
that is separate from their personal internet service
e-mail or their company e-mail. Our Real Estate e-mail
includes features such as Address Book, Receipt Options,
and Folders, plus 10 mgs of storage. The E-Directory
is handily available at the individual subscriber’s
e-mail box for quick reference. A search feature
allows for quick access to another subscriber’s
e-mail address along with their voice/fax number
and office information. Each subscriber can update
their own information as to which office they are
currently affiliated. E-mail can be forwarded to
an outside account as well. The Real Estate
Network provides subscribers with voice/fax and e-mail in
a system that allows users to locate other Real Estate
Professionals information through the Real Estate
Directory, Dial-By-Name Directory and E-Directory
for locating other business associates fast anywhere
in the DFW Metroplex regardless of company or board

Number Service-The Real Estate OneNumber
The
Voice Retrieval message center is the voice mail
for our new Real Estate
OneNumber, often called an agent’s “Direct
Line”. This service gives Real Estate Professionals
a Virtual Business Phone Line that can be programmed
to ring any existing phone. It includes business
phone line features such as conference calling,
hold button, music on hold, call transfer and call
screening options. The Real Estate OneNumber features
are user changeable and eliminate the need to give
out multiple phone numbers to buyers and sellers
and other business associates. The Real Estate
OneNumber service can be programmed to ring a mobile
phone, or a home phone, keeping your personal numbers
private for safety and security. Available and
unavailable modes allow users to take calls live
when convenient or send callers directly to voice
mail. The user changeable call screening options
allows users to know who is calling and determine
whether to take the call live, transfer the caller
directly to voice mail, or even transfer the caller
to another person. Local and long distance calls
can be made through the Real Estate OneNumber service
as well, keeping your personal numbers private

OneFax-

Fax allows agents in the Real
Estate Network to receive faxes in their OneNumber or Voice/fax
mail and view them online. From there, subscribers
can view/delete/save/print their faxes using their
hard drives or printers. Faxes can then be forwarded
via e-mail as an attachment or sent to any fax machine
nationwide. Convenient, since faxes can be viewed
from any internet connection using any modern windows
based software. Cost saving, since dedicated fax
phone lines are not required. Time saving, since
you no longer need to backtrack to the office or
home office to pick up faxes.

Virtual
Office - Real Estate Team Solutions
Real
Estate Teams are like small companies, and need
professional phone service that connects
all Team Members under a single, marketable phone
number. Unlike small companies however, Real Estate
Teams comprise several individuals that can be working
in any location: home office, Real Estate Office
or be on the road. The Real Estate Team Solution
