Unified Communications
Unified Communications combines real time and non real time communications into one phone number. Live cellular calls, voice mail and fax. When someone calls your UC number they can chose to speak to you live while your UC service answers the call – voice screens the call like a receptionist and plays music to the caller on transfer – it also can send the callers telephone number directly to your phone. You answer those calls that you need to take immediately.
Your callers also have the choice to go directly to voice mail – voice mail was designed for up to 50% of your calls as the caller wants to give you information or ask a question that can be answered at a later time. More efficient for you and your client.
Your UC number also is your private fax number – even while you’re on the phone! Faxes are received and sent to your e-mail as .pdf files for viewing, printing or saving in client folders.
Your UC number can notify you of voice mail and fax messages by text message to your phone – it gives you the callers number or fax number and identifies whether it is a voice mail or fax – OR – it can call your phone and deliver the voice mail message/notify you of a fax – your choice. If you have a smart phone it can deliver your faxes for viewing on your phone or send your voice mail as .mp3 voice files for listening!
You can view all call records for your account via the web – you can even have a custom message used for your music on hold advertising your personal web site.
Team Office
If you have a Team or Group, your Team Office service can add all of the UC features to your individual Team members. Callers calling your 1-800 toll free number or local number can select who they need to contact from the menu and are given the choice of speaking directly to the person or leaving a voice mail. Voice mail messages can be transferred between Team members. Your main numbers also have the ability to accept faxes and send them to the office e-mail as .pdf’s for viewing or transfer. Each individual Team member also has their own telephone number that includes E-fax. Expandable for up to nine members with a single menu or up to 200 members with our Dial by Name option. A complete office phone system available as a monthly service – no expensive phone systems to buy – uses your existing cell phones!
After Hours Dial by Name with Agent on Call
Our after hours dial by name service allows callers and prospective clients to contact all of your agents on their cell phones any time your office is closed! You forward your office number to the service and the caller has the ability to leave messages for the office or dial an agents name and be connected directly to their cell phone with music on hold (or advertising message on hold) during the transfer. The agent receives the caller ID directly to their cell phone – if they don’t answer – the message is left in their cell phone voice mail. A 24 hour receptionist! The agent can upgrade their service from direct connect to their cell phone to the unified communication service with full features at any time! If your office uses agent on call, you can change who is on call for new prospects at any time via the Internet. All calls with caller id are available to the office manager on the web.
E-fax
A dedicated phone number that takes multiple faxes simultaneously and sends them to your e-mail account as a .pdf viewable file. You can send by e-mail or telephone and save on your computer.
